Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ranmi (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Ranmi, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Ranmi on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Ranmi for anything unlawful, or to store/transmit content you don't have the right to.
Attempt to access another workspace's data without authorization.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its usage limits or security controls.
Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) through a connected mailbox.
Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written permission.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you and your team put into your workspace. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI and integration providers described in our Privacy Policy when you use features that require it. We don't claim ownership of your workspace data, and we don't use it to train AI models.

4. Plans, billing, and quotas

Ranmi offers a Free plan and several paid plans (Starter, Pro, Client, Professional), each with its own limits on workspaces, seats, records, and AI usage, plus optional add-ons, as shown in-app at Settings → Billing. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Paystack. Prices are shown in USD; the actual charge settles in the currency our payment processor requires, currently GHS. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing; changes take effect as described there. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Enterprise pricing is negotiated separately and isn't self-serve.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a workspace that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently or abusively, or has payment past due beyond the grace period shown in-app. Suspension blocks new changes but preserves read access to existing data where reasonably possible; we'll tell you why. You can delete your own workspace or account at any time; deleted data follows the retention/recovery window described in our Privacy Policy before permanent removal.

6. AI features

Ranmi's AI features (classification, research, natural-language search, content generation) are designed to save you time, not to be infallible. Always use your own judgment before relying on AI-generated output for a decision that matters, we don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

7. Third-party integrations

Features that connect to Gmail, Outlook, Hunter.io, or other third-party services are subject to that provider's own terms as well as ours. We aren't responsible for those providers' availability, accuracy, or changes to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranmi and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify workspace owners by email. Continuing to use Ranmi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
